The scheme is one of a number developed by Biodiversity Information Standards particularly aimed at taxonomicdatabases. The starting point was the “need for an agreed system of geographical units at approximately ‘country’ level and upwards for use in recording plant distributions”. The scheme represents a compromise between political and botanical divisions. All boundaries either follow a political boundary (country boundary, province boundary, etc.), or coastlines. The scheme also aims to follow botanical tradition, in terms of the distribution categories used in works like the Flora Europaea, Flora Malesiana, or Med-Checklist. This approach occasionally leads to departures from political boundaries. Thus the scheme follows Flora Europaea in placing the eastern Aegean islands (such as Lesbos, Samos and Rhodes) in the West Asia region, rather than in Europe where they belong politically as part of Greece.
The scheme defines geographic places at four scales or levels, from “botanical continents” down to parts of large countries:
Continental – nine botanical continents
Regional – each botanical continent is divided into between two and ten sub-continental regions
Area or “botanical country” – most regions are subdivided into units generally equating to a political country, but large countries may be split or outlying areas omitted
“Basic recording units” – the lowest level is only used for very large countries, subdividing them into states or provinces on purely political grounds
Standardized codes are used to represent the units at each level. Numerical codes are used for Levels 1 and 2, alphabetic codes for Levels 3 and 4.

The WGSRPD defines nine botanical continents (Level 1), each assigned a single digit code from 1 (Europe) to 9 (Antarctica). Although it is said that “popular concepts of the continents of the world have been maintained, but with one or two slight modifications”, some of the botanical continents are notably different from the traditional geographical continents. In particular, Asia is divided into two botanical continents; 5 Australasia consists only of Australia and New Zealand and small outlying islands; most of the islands in the Pacific Ocean are allocated to 6 Pacific; and the division of the Americas into 7 Northern America and 8 Southern America differs from the traditional North America and South America.
The botanical continent of Europe is defined broadly in line with Flora Europaea and with the traditional geographical definition. To the north-west it includes Iceland and Svalbard (Spitsbergen). The southern boundary with Africa encloses most of the Mediterranean islands. The eastern boundary places Crimea and European Russia in Europe, with the border defined by the administrative units. Novaya Zemlya is excluded from Europe. The south-eastern boundary excludes the Caucasus and Turkey east of the Bosporus, as well as the Eastern Aegean Islands and Cyprus, which although geopolitically part of Europe are considered floristically part of Western Asia.
The geographical continent of Asia is divided into two botanical continents, 3 Asia-Temperate and 4 Asia-Tropical. The reason for the division was described as largely for convenience. Asia-Temperate borders Europe and Africa; the boundaries are described above. To the south-east, the Indian Subcontinent and the rest of Asia from region 41 Indo-China southwards are placed in Asia-Tropical.
Asia-Tropical forms the second part of the traditional geographical continent of Asia. Its western and northern boundaries are formed by the two regions 40 Indian Subcontinent and 41 Indo-China. The southern boundary separates Asia-Tropical from Australia. The south-eastern boundary was changed between the first edition of 1992 and the second edition of 2001. In the first edition, Asia-Tropical was divided into three regions: 40 Indian Subcontinent, 41 Indo-China and 42 Malesia. The eastern boundary of Malesia was placed between the Bismarck Archipelago and the Solomon Islands Archipelago, which were put into region 60 Southwest Pacific. It was subsequently argued that it made more “floristic sense” to link the Solomon Islands with the Bismarck Archipelago and the island of New Guinea. Accordingly, in the second edition, a new region 43 Papuasia was created within Asia-Tropical, comprising New Guinea, Near Oceania (the Bismarck Archipelago and the Solomon Islands Archipelago), so that Asia-Tropical consists of four regions.
The botanical continent of Australasia, as defined by the WGSRPD, consists only of Australia and New Zealand, plus outlying islands. The name was described as having been “controversial”, since it has been used to describe larger areas.Other definitions may include Indonesia, New Guinea and many Pacific islands, which the WGSRPD divides between 4 Asia-Tropical and 6 Pacific.
The WGSRPD groups most islands with a nearby continental landmass, usually the closest but may also make a decision influenced by the floristic similarity (hence the placement of the Azores with Africa and not Europe). The exception is the islands of the central part of the Pacific Ocean, which are placed in a separate botanical continent. The largest of these islands include New Caledonia, Fiji and Hawaii.
7 Northern America
The WGSRPD divides the Americas into 7 Northern America and 8 Southern America rather than into the traditional continents of North America and South America. The boundary between Northern America and Southern America was changed from the first edition to the second edition. In the first edition, a south-eastern part of Mexico was included in Southern America, the rest of Mexico being placed in Northern America. This followed the boundary of Mesoamerica in Flora Mesoamericana. However, it proved unpopular, especially with Mexican botanists, so in the second edition, all of Mexico is placed in Northern America, which thus consists of Mexico, the contiguous United States plus Alaska, Canada, and Greenland, together with associated offshore islands.
8 Southern America
As noted above, the Americas are divided into 7 Northern America and 8 Southern America rather than into the traditional continents of North America and South America, with the precise boundary between the two having changed between the first and second editions of the WGSRPD. Southern America consists of the Caribbean, the WGSRPD definition of Central America (those countries south of Mexico and north of Colombia), and the traditional geographical continent of South America, together with some offshore islands, such as the Galapagos.

ASCENSION CENTER EDUCATION GUIDE ~ ACE GUIDE LESSON ONE
There are seven main energy centers (chakras) of the body.
These chakras are like spirals of energy, each one relating to the others.
Seven colors of spectrum
Using the seven colors of the spectrum, Color Therapy aims to balance and enhance our body’s energy centers/chakras and also to help stimulate our body’s own healing process.
Color Therapy uses color to re-balance the Chakras that have become depleted of energy.
Color therapy can be shown to help on a physical level; however there are deeper issues around the colors on the psychological and spiritual levels. Color has a profound effect on us on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. If our energy centers become blocked or depleted, then our body cannot function properly and this, in turn, can lead to a variety of problems on any level.
Our wellbeing is not purely a physical issue. Many more practitioners are now treating patients in a holistic manner. That is to say, we are body, mind and spirit and none of these areas function entirely alone; each has an effect upon the other.
This is why Color Therapy can be so helpful since color addresses all levels of our being.
All life experiences have an effect upon us. Some experiences will be positive and some negative. It is these negative experiences which can manifest themselves physically over time as dis-ease. For example, perhaps over the years we have been in a situation where we have felt unable, for one reason or another, to speak our mind, or to express our needs and feelings. This can manifest as a problem in the throat chakra. The throat chakra relates in the spiritual aspect to self-expression. Thus, if our self-expression has been blocked, the energy in this area will not be free flowing. Working with the appropriate color/colors can help to dispel negative feelings, free blocks and re-balance the body. Listed below is each of the spectrum colors and the chakra which it relates to.
VIOLET/PURPLE governs the CROWN chakra, at the top of the head.

There are many ways of meditating and meditation means different things to different people. Meditation is part of normal daily practice for a great number of people within some religions. Whatever the word ‘meditation’ means to you the practice can be enormously helpful as a way of calming the mind and finding your own inner peace. This place of inner peace is where we can open up to our higher self – without the ‘interference’ of the ego or intellect – where we can find our higher intelligence and knowing.
Meditation can be achieved by focusing the mind on a particular object, for example a flower, or on a simple shape, on a sound, on an image (visualization), or by focusing on the breathing. (Colour breathing exercises can be done lying down or sitting and can be a very helpful form of meditation.) There are many very helpful tapes and CD’s around to help with meditation as they will talk the listener through the stages of relaxation and some will help to build a ‘picture’ in the mind’s eye of tranquility. With practice, you will find it becomes easier and easier to meditate and to be able to ‘switch off’ anytime, anywhere, when you are feeling the need for some peace.
Breathing is very important – and as obvious as that sounds, it is surprising how few of us actually do breathe ‘properly’. Breathing is something we all take for granted and are inclined to forget about. However, shallow breathing can often be a symptom of stress. Similarly, shallow breathing can result in fatigue and stress due to the intake of insufficient oxygen. Shallow breathing can also result in dizzy turns as insufficient oxygen is getting to the brain. Since approximately 90% of our energy is created by oxygen and nearly all the body’s actions regulated by it – it is rather important that we get enough of it!!
Go somewhere quiet and lie down or sit in a chair with good back support so that your body is straight, allowing you to breathe deeply and comfortably. Make sure you are not wearing any tight clothing. Tell yourself to relax. Work on every part of your body from the top of your head to your toes, consciously relaxing each part. Concentrate on your breathing, taking deep in-breaths, through the nose, letting the breath fill your body, relaxing and calming. Then breathe out through your nose or mouth, exhaling all negativity and stress and ridding your body of the toxins which build up there. Repeat this number of times – if you can only manage 10 minutes that is fine. Eventually you will be able to practice this anywhere, anytime, when you are feeling stressed. Try not to hunch your shoulders as you breathe in – try to consciously relax the shoulders and neck and breathe from the abdomen – watch your tummy expand as you breathe in.
There are a number of breathing techniques which are taught by practitioners of different disciplines, either on a one to one basis or in a group, such as a workshop perhaps. If you have a particular medical problem, then a good place to start is with your doctor, who will be able to advise you.
A lovely and very helpful exercise is Colour Breathing – or breathing in the rainbow. The purpose of this is to heighten our awareness of color and to encourage a balance of all the seven main chakra colors for our well-being.
Stand with feet slightly apart and arms by your side, relaxed with palms turned to the front. Relax the shoulders, and concentrate on your breathing, consciously relaxing all of your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Breathe deeply in through the nose, holding for a few moments and then breathing out through the nose or mouth. As you breathe out, imagine expelling all the stress, negativity and toxins from your body. If you can do this exercise outside all the better, and, weather permitting, stand on grass with bare feet.
Affirmations, either spoken out loud or as a concentrated thought, can be helpful too to help us focus and avoid our minds from wandering. For example, red is the Colour of courage and strength – we could say to ourselves – the energy of red fills my body and I have the strength and courage to move forward along my life’s path. It doesn’t matter how we word our affirmations – they will be unique to each individual – but remember the positive aspects of the colors and make sure your statements are positive.
First breathe in red from the earth, imagine it rising up through your whole body giving you strength and courage. Make an affirmation to suit your situation as you breathe in and experience the color filling your body. Allow the color to travel up through the body and out of the top of the head and then back down again to the earth. Repeat with orange and an appropriate affirmation, then yellow. These first three colors are absorbed from the earth. Then green. This color is absorbed horizontally through the solar plexus, let it fill your body, thinking or speaking your affirmation, and let it leave through the back. Then blue which is absorbed from the sky, through the top of the head and out again going back up to the sky, similarly with the indigo and violet.
If this exercise is done daily you will notice how your color awareness develops and you will be able to visualize the colors much more strongly as you do this exercise regularly, balancing and enhancing your body’s energies.
Color in the Home
There are many variations of the basic colors. The paler versions give us the same qualities as the bold color but in a gentler way. When decorating an area – the complementary colors, and their variations, should be remembered and combined with our main choice of color by way of soft furnishings perhaps, pictures etc.
It is also helpful to take in to account the aspect of a room. For example, should you require a calming atmosphere in a north facing room, which may well be one of the colder rooms in your house, remember to use some warm colors (i.e. variations of the warm colors of yellow, orange and red) to avoid the room feeling colder.
Following is a table of colors and their suggested uses in various areas.
Colour Effects Suggested
Violet: Calming for body and mind. Good for meditation and prayer. Enhances purpose and dignity. Heightens our awareness and helps us to give of our very best. Purifying.
Indigo: Sedative. Helps to open up our intuition. The color of divine knowledge and the higher mind.
Blue: Calming, relaxing and healing. Not as sedating as indigo. Also the color of communication.
Green: Balancing, harmonizing and encourages tolerance and understanding.
Yellow: Stimulates mental activity, feeling of confidence. Helpful for study as it helps us to stay alert.
Orange: Warming and energizing.
Can stimulate creativity. Orange is the color of fun and sociability.
Red: Energizing, exciting the emotions, stimulates appetite.
Magenta: is the eighth color in the color spectrum and is a combination of red and violet, thus it combines our earthly self and spiritual self, thus balancing spirit and matter. It is uplifting and helps us to gain a feeling of completeness and fulfillment.
Turquoise: Cool and calming and good for the nervous system and immune system.
Pink: This color soothes and nurtures. It helps to dissolve anger and encourages unconditional love.
Black: Used with another color enhances the energy of that second color. Black gives us the space for reflection and inner searching.
White: Contains all the colors. It emphasizes purity and illuminates our thoughts, giving us clarity.
Areas of Use
Violet: Places of worship, entry areas to clinics and hospitals, festival areas.
Pale violet in bedrooms.
Indigo: Not suitable for areas for entertainment but for more ‘quiet’ places. Bedrooms, treatment rooms.
Blue: Any rooms except those used for physical activity or play.
Green: Depending upon the shade, can be used for most areas. Use with other colors as well to avoid the balance and harmony becoming more like total inactivity and indecision.
Yellow: Activity rooms, entrance halls. Not for bedrooms as can interfere with sleep – it tends to keep our minds “switched on”. Not ideal for areas of possible stress.
Orange: Any activity area and creative areas. Not ideal for bedrooms or areas of possible stress.
Red: Any activity area. Needs careful choice of tone and depth and the space in which it is to be used. Can make a space look smaller and be claustrophobic. Used well, however, red can make a space feel warm and cozy. Often used in restaurants.
Magenta: Lecture spaces, chapels, halls etc. Not ideal for play rooms or activity rooms.
Turquoise: Any room except it is not ideal for activity areas.
Pink: Ideal for a baby’s or child’s bedroom.
Black: Not ideal as a single color, but when used with care, can enhance and complement other colors in almost any situation.
White: Any room, but it can be a little intimidating to some Needs to be broken up with another color or with plants/ornaments/pictures etc.
Babies: – pale pink, pale blue, pale violet, butter cream, white and ivory are all calming.
It should be remembered that babies and very young children will be more sensitive to the effects of color than adults and care should be taken with their room colors and their clothes.
A baby’s first experience of color is in the womb where they are enveloped in pale peachy pink. This is where they have been nurtured and where they feel safe.
Decorating the baby’s room in pale pink will help them feel safe in the outside world where they need time to adjust to their surroundings.
Babies are very sensitive and should be kept in white clothing as long as possible and particularly for the first nine months.
Special care should be taken when choosing the color of a hat since a baby’s head is particularly sensitive.
Most experts will agree that the first nine months of a baby’s life is so important in their development on every level – emotional, mental and physical.
Keep the colors pale for a baby’s room – pale pink, pale blue, pale violet, butter cream, white and ivory are all calming. We want our young spirits comfortable in their formative years of learning about their surroundings. We treat our newborns, babies, and toddlers, through the adolescent and teen years with respect to how they can best identify with their own surroundings while on this planet. We plan on making the future about the culture of our society as a whole.
1) From 1990 Publishing.com has been producing books for publishers who want to conserve their in-house resources, contain costs, and take advantage of our production expertise.
2) We can also prepare books for individuals who wish to hire us.
3) Authors who are looking for a traditional publisher to buy their manuscript and publish their book at the publisher’s expense should click the Authors button instead.
4) Our book production experience includes project management, technical editing, copyediting, design and graphics preparation, page layout, proofreading, and indexing.
5) We can provide all these services or just the mix the customer needs for the project at hand. Our customer list includes Microsoft Press, Mitchell McGraw-Hill, West Publishing Company, John Wiley & Sons, Symantec Corporation, and more.
6) Click the Home button for a partial list of our titles and awards our work has received. Our specialty is trade books and textbooks on computer topics.
7) We operate from our offices in the Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area, where we draw upon publishing and technical professionals from the region and across the country.
Below are some of the services we offer.
1. Project Management
The project manager is the publisher’s main contact person for each book project and also supervises our production team. The project manager oversees the quality of each team member’s work, ensures the production schedule is met, develops the project budget, coordinates communications among the client and the production team, and maintains a smooth workflow. The project manager keeps the customer up to date on the status of the job, relaying pages for review and consulting on all important decisions.
A developmental editor works with an author early on to help define and shape the manuscript for production. Most often our customers perform their own developmental editing by working directly with their own authors; however, we are able to provide this service when requested.
Most technical books require one of our technical editors to check the clarity and accuracy of the book’s content. Books about computer software or hardware require the technical editor to check the book’s content step-by-step using the actual software or hardware being written about. Art work for the book is checked for accuracy and labels are added for clarity. Technical issues of graphics formats, color, and scaling are addressed. The technical editor works closely with the author to resolve ambiguities in the text, utilizing e-mail to keep the project moving.
After the technical edit, the grammatical and stylistic consistency of the book is handled by the copyeditor. Some of our clients have their own in-house style guides which they supply to us, or our editors use their experience with computer terminology and standard style manuals to ensure a consistent and professional manuscript.
3. Book Design
If you’re a publishing company you might supply us with specifications and template files for the book design based on one of your existing book series. We can implement your supplied design or create an original design for your book by employing a graphic designer. Technical designs must be functional as well as attractive, and they should be efficient to implement in a fast-paced production environment.
4. Art Preparation and Page Layout
Nearly every project involves a compositor, or desktop publisher, who electronically creates “camera-ready” pages from the edited manuscript. Art work for the book is processed and combined with type on the page proofs. Sometimes an illustrator is brought on board for original line art or cover designs. We can produce one-color, spot-color, and four-color process books.
Book production requires a skilled proofreader to correct serious and embarrassing spelling and formatting mistakes before the book reaches the marketplace. While the customer and author can review the page proofs for accuracy of content and catch some errors, a proofreader is skilled in the quality details of the book: its spelling, grammar, and adherence to the design specifications. We take proofreading very seriously. Nothing can be more distracting to the reader or embarrassing to the publisher than a book riddled with typographical errors, missing or mislabeled figures, or cross references and index entries pointing to the wrong pages. The proofreader is the book’s final defense against serious and costly errors.
A good book deserves a good index. A professional indexer makes the book a true reference by ensuring the reader can locate the information he or she needs. The quality of a book’s index is often evaluated by book reviewers and can affect its overall ranking and success in the marketplace. Sometimes an author will create the index, often by keying index terms into the manuscript while writing. But it’s usually best to have a professional indexer thoroughly distill the contents of a book and create a truly professional index.
7. Electronic Media
Technical book production sometimes involves producing additional digital editions of a book, such as an e-book included on a CD-ROM bound with the printed book, or an online version available for purchase, rental, or reference over the Internet or a private intranet. New software tools expedite this process by enabling us to convert your printed publication to an electronic format without having to recreate it from scratch. This reduces costs and permits simultaneous publication of both print and electronic versions.

BY: TJ Morris ET
Ascension Center Education and ACE Folklife Society work together in an alliance to awaken higher consciousness counseling among Lightworkers and Truthseekers
We the Avatar Ascension Masters give among our Lightworkers and Truthseekers that which is just and equal knowing that we all have a master in the cosmos as our own SOURCE CONNECTION some call God in heaven.
We are accepting that those who from the heavens came are contacting some who are called the Alien ET Hybrids and sharing sustainable solutions as we continue to pray and ask for assistance and meditate and ask for peace and answers.
While in prayer ask God to open the door of utterance to us all to speak the mysteries Christ for the sake of our bonds to the higher beings in other realms and dimensions of the cosmos some call kingdoms in heaven.
I pray that I may make manifest in the law of abundance and the law of attraction that I may also share in love and light the right to speak and have taken on the audio media in the social network we call the web as the Internet Online in Cyberspace.
I am now hosting the Alien ET UFO Community Blog Talk Radio Show every night except Monday night which is family home evening night for all those who believe in the ET Christ Consciousness.
Therefore, I am announcing that we as the Alien ET UFO Community are providing the Consciousness Counseling of the Avatar Ascension Masters of the ET Ascension Center Enlightenment via education.
We share so that we may have peace on earth and walk in wisdom toward those who are without, redeeming the time on earth as it is in heaven or cosmos.
We share in our open prayers that we may always seek guidance from our higher spirit connection as the Christ Consciousness of which we learned from the example of our great teachers of our ancient ancestors.
We pray always that our speech craft will always be with grace, seasoned with a grain of salt that we may all know how to answer each and every sentient intelligent being of our species when asked for assistance.
We all pray that we are becoming beloved faithful ministers who are on the path of our beloved ancient ancestor we all know who has risen with Christ and seek those things above where the original Christ sits on the right hand of God in the highest realms which has always been. Let us all set our sights on things above in the cosmos of all the elder avatars who we know as the Supreme Beings who created us in their own image for the greater good of humankind.

Bylaws are documents representing an organization and/or the organization’s board of directors are Theresa J Morris, Thomas A Sinisi, Janet Kira Lessin with 8 years in service together for the unincorporated association among volunteers for radio shows and to continue ACO Event Managers venue committees. Ruling documents that outline the code of conduct for the business and the organization. Bylaws define the basic structure and powers of the board. As the bylaws are solid, try to keep them as brief as possible. Bylaws are legal documents and even though their inclusion requirements differ from state to state, the format for writing bylaws is standard. Thomas Reuben Becker represents the state of Georgia, and Ralph Kennedy Johnston Sr. represents the state of New Mexico, with John David Tenayuca as the committee for interstate regionals cooperating between Texas, California, and Arizona with Theresa J Morris.
The ACO Association Articles and By-Laws officiate for the Ascension Center Oracles, Ascension Church Ohana, ACE Metaphysical Institute, and ACE Folklife Society.
Definition of Bylaws
Bylaws explain essential matters of running the business. They explain things such as how to vote in elections, how to open and close meetings, and how and which records to keep. Bylaws also define the rules and regulations of all officers of the board, as well as membership requirements. The bylaws serve as an instructional manual and outline for the organization.
Included in Bylaws
There are several articles, or major segments, and sections, or subordinate paragraphs, that are included in the bylaws. Articles that should be included in bylaws are the name of the organization, information about the board of directors, information about the officers, any committee information, information regarding meetings, voting rights and rules, what are considered conflicts of interest, fiscal policies, and how the bylaws might be amended. The amendment section is important as it should outline how the outlaws can be changed, including how many votes are necessary to alter the bylaws. Underneath each article, include section paragraphs. For instance, the officers’ article should have sections detailing how the officers are voted in, how many officers there are, and what their term limits are.
Accountability in Bylaws
As no set of bylaws can cover all issues and circumstances, ensure that the bylaws include a section that details accountability and fairness. The bylaws should discuss how to handle any problems that might occur within the organization and any matter of disagreement associated with the board of directions and the members. Discuss how the organization will resolve issues that are not included in the bylaws document.
Making the Bylaws Official
To ensure that the bylaws of your organization are official, add a secretary’s certificate at the end of the document. The signature will also indicate that the bylaws are true and accurate. Also include the official adoption date at the bottom of the document. Establishing bylaws is an important foundational step for any church to describe membership, officers, committees, meetings, finances, and auxiliary organizations. Bylaws help dictate how an organization is supposed to operate and they address specific needs and practices. This is especially important in legal proceedings as a church may be held liable if it does not abide by its established bylaws. When bylaws are not established, a church is held to state standards, which are often stricter than those many churches create.
Define membership. Explain the steps that one must take to become a member of your church, including any statement of faith, baptism, or other requirements. Include what conditions dictate and what steps may be taken that result in dismissal from membership, as well.
Name the officers and committees of the church. This can be a list of the offices and committees themselves, rather than those that currently hold the office. Some common examples include Pastors, Deacons, Elders, Trustees, Clerks, Secretaries and Committee Chairs. This list will be different for each church. Include the responsibilities for each of these positions, how they are elected and how long each term is. Include any specific information about what happens in case of a vacancy in any office.
List the regular meetings for the church. Include both worship services and regular meetings as well as official business and officer meetings. If there is any specific order to the meetings, list these instructions as well.
Describe how finances are managed in the church. Include information about current expenses and what members are expected to contribute, as well as information and funding for any additional ministry buckets, including missionary funds, benevolent funds, or other special projects.
Include the names and functions of any auxiliary organizations, including Sunday school, youth group, lady’s ministry, or missionary ministry. Be sure to list any requirements for membership or offices in these organizations as well.
